Change can be scary, confusing, and intimidating. So when the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) introduced a totally reimagined public transit system with new bus routes, schedules, and services, making sure the community was on board was critical. This campaign, featuring a friendly, illustrative style and clear, consistent communications at every turn, helped to increase confidence and seamlessly transition employees, customers, and partners to a more frequent, reliable, and connected system.
